The KALI-ADL-Q670 is an industrial SBC that brings high-end system capabilities into a compact 200 × 170 mm Extended-ITX footprint. It supports up to 125 W 12th, 13th, and 14th Gen Intel® Core™ processors (LGA1700) and up to 192 GB of DDR5 memory, delivering workstation-class compute density in a space-constrained form factor.
With PCIe x16 Gen4 expansion, dual 2.5GbE LAN, rich USB and serial interfaces, and dual 4K display outputs, the KALI-ADL-Q670 gives system integrators a single board that can scale from advanced edge controllers to AI vision and data-intensive industrial applications, while maintaining the reliability required for 24/7 operation.

The KALI-ADL-Q670 is engineered around Intel®'s LGA1700 socket architecture, supporting 12th, 13th, and 14th Gen Core™ processors with up to 125 W TDP. Combined with the Intel® Q670 chipset, it provides exceptional multi-core performance, PCIe Gen 4 bandwidth, and four 5200 MHz Dual-channel DDR5 memory for compute-intensive industrial and AI workloads. Its extended-ITX layout enhances power delivery and cooling capacity, enabling sustained full-load stability that typical Mini-ITX boards cannot achieve.

Why Extended-ITX

Compared with the traditional 170 × 170 mm Mini-ITX form factor, the 200 × 170 mm Extended-ITX layout of the KALI-ADL-Q670 provides additional board space for four full-size DDR5 UDIMM slots and a full-bandwidth PCIe x16 Gen4 slot. The extended area around the CPU allows the VRM, heatsink, and vertically oriented DIMMs to be aligned with the main chassis airflow, improving cooling efficiency and enabling compact edge systems to stably run high-power Intel® Core™ processors.

This Extended-ITX approach lets small edge platforms deliver the memory capacity, expansion options, and power delivery typically found only in larger industrial motherboards.

Dual 4K Display Interfaces for Industrial Visualization

Driven by integrated Intel® UHD Graphics, the KALI-ADL-Q670 supports dual independent 4K displays via DisplayPort 1.4a and HDMI 2.0b interfaces (up to 4K @ 60 Hz on each output).

This configuration enables engineers and system integrators to deploy high-resolution monitoring, HMI, or inspection panels with smooth and precise image rendering in industrial environments.

Flexible PCIe and M.2 Expansion

Integrate a PCIe x16 slot with Gen4 signal on its Extended-ITX board, so even in compact systems it can host a full-bandwidth GPU, frame grabber, motion-control, or other high-performance add-on card without requiring an extra backplane.

Together with the onboard M.2 M Key (PCIe Gen3 x4, 2280) slot for NVMe SSDs or AI accelerator modules, the same motherboard can be configured as an AI vision node, high-speed data logger, or general-purpose edge controller simply by changing plug-in modules.
