Yuanlin Christian Hospital Embraces Mobile Medical Workstations for Patient Check-In

Yuanlin Christian Hospital wanted smoother check-in for patients, easier use for hospital staff, and lower overall technology costs using mobile medical workstations for patient check-in outside consultation rooms.
Until now, the typical approach outside the consulting room is to have a screen on the wall for the duty nurse to process patients as they prepare for their consultation. Although widely used in Taiwan hospitals, this method has proven to be awkward, putting the screen in an inconvenient position for the nurse to use. In addition to this, every consultation room needed one, despite only half the consultation rooms being used at any one time, wasting expensive resources. Therefore, they were looking to replace these fixed systems with mobile medical carts tailored to this new application.
