You can short signal pins 'PS_ON and GND' together on CN2 connector to support AT-power mode

| Remark |
If your motherboard need ATX-mode: You can use for all 4*pins on CN2: 1 PWROK 2 5VSB 3 GROUND 4 PS_ON
If your motherboard need AT-mode: You no needed to use above pin#1 and pin#2 or disconnect it and then, You can short pin#3 and pin#4 by wire/jumper! |
